Positive, Encouraging, Fun!!!
All those involved in St Neots Town Youth FC matchdays (players, coaches, spectators, and officials) are asked to make it an encoraging and positive environment for all.
Mistakes by players are accepted as part of learning, and decisions by officials are not to be questioned.
This extends to officials and opposition players, coaches and spectators. Everyone should be made to feel very welcome.
