Our Mission

At St Neots Town Youth FC, we support local players of all abilities to enjoy the sport and stay involved through the age groups and into the adult game.

The current figures show that many players are dropping out of teams by their mid-teens. Some continue to play in small sided versions of the game, whilst some drift away from it for good. We want to make the player’s time with us fun whilst still learning the game. As we work with our squads throughout the age groups we are looking to give them as many opportunities as we can offer. Hopefully we will help develop the player and the person, whilst allowing them to enjoy the experience of being in a team.

Our History

The club started as St Neots Colts way back in 1948, with the first team started up and managed by Fred Bloomfield, Several name changes have taken place along the way (inc. St Neots Town Boys)

As an FA Community Club, St Neots Town Youth has a proud history of providing grassroots football for the children of St Neots and the surrounding area and we continue to ensure access to football for children of all ages and abilities. We are a club firmly committed to working in the community and have teams from under 6 to under 16.

Our Football Partners

We’re delighted to be working in partnership with Eaton Socon FC to enable a clear pathway into adult football for both our girls and boy teams. It provides opportunities to play at various levels, depending on ability, into the adult game.

St Neots Town Youth FC also provides coaching support, including financial, to players of Eaton Socon to start their coaching career, so to better support the youth team players to develop and progress.
